  • I wouldn’t suggest public flogging, but I suppose you could allow yourself to be with this sensitivity…only when noone is around. That way it would give you the chance to examine what’s really bugging you. Buy a notebook / diary and write down the problems on one side of the page and write a solution for it. The most important part is you carry out the solution. Being emotional does you nothing but to go back into a circular everyday pattern so drop the ‘feeling’ and start thinking of solutions and taking action. Sooner or later you’ll become as active as a vigilante in dealing with your own problems.
