Another year another rental on another s***** street in another s***** dump area. The last landlord had no answers because we couldn’t locate him but these new ones have all the answers, explain why the paint is falling off in the bathroom?

I work in construction and can do repairs on the sly without the landlord knowing within reason, electrics and gas I can’t touch. I don’t want my wife disturbed we can’t afford to move anyway and it’s not a slum just yet but they’ve sold us a pig in a poke.

I’ve to strip the paint back to the plaster seal it with anti-fungal treatment then prime it and give it two emulsion coats. I’m not a painter or plasterer and I hate painting but I don’t my wife coming back to a building site and honestly I can’t be bothered with the cunts who rent us this ‘dwelling’
