Just found out I’ve been written up for the first time in the first year and 7 months since I started….. and this under new management… and owner who really doesn’t like me. They changed my schedule without informing me and and I got ‘verbally’ warned and had to sign a paper that says it will be in my file for 3 months…. I am a phucking hard worker!! This .. s****… They’re really looking for a reason to fire me.. and I’m not being paranoid either! I was hoping I was… but on Saturday he didn’t mention anything about writing a report and it being in my file for three months! He told me today “The upper managment wanted me to write it out and all… even though it was a verbal warning.” so… what did It just skip to a write up?! am I not entitled to a warning?! like everyone else?! It’s not like I am always late… I work so hard…. and always smile even when someone talks s*** about me right behind me.

I really am sick of this.. I’m not good when I fail at something that I’ve been working hard at…. I can’t believe that they would treat me like this.
