I’m am fortunate enough to finally go to a doctor, but I’m super worried about the results… I was a smoker for ten years and finally stopped two years ago… But now it seems like my past is catching up with me, the tissue/bone/cartilage aches every single day and nothing seems to help the pain… I’ve got other physical ailments plagueing me, but can’t afford to focus on more than one at a time, I’m absolutely terrified.

I hate that the women I want to have se.x with, you have to get to know them first and build a rapport. You can’t just say ‘Come to bed with me’ you have to talk about and do a bunch of unrelated s.hit that has nothing to do with s.ex. And even then, after all that you might not get them into bed.
