I am supposed to be the maid of honor at my friend’s wedding next spring. Everyone is expecting me to do it but I don’t want to. The only reason my friend wants me is because I won’t embarrass her. You see, her REAL best friend is about 100 pounds overweight. It broke her f****** heart when my friend didn’t ask her to be maid of honor. I am going to try to talk her into changing her mind but she’s already told me she doesn’t want someone in the wedding party that will spoil the pictures.

I am going to refuse to be in the wedding at all if she doesn’t give our mutual friend – who has stuck by her through all kinds of life’s battles – a chance to be happy and beautiful.
