I am 35, which means I went to school in the 90s and had “multiculturalism” taught to me. For awhile there, I actually believed it. That was before I had much real-world experience. Now I realize that there is a lot of truth behind most negative stereotypes. When I managed a store, almost all of our shoplifting and internal theft came from black people. They were also the least motivated workers, but I was forced to hire a certain amount of them by company rules. The Hispanics were great workers, but rarely came to work on time and always had family emergencies. The whites mostly felt like the work was beneath them, and were only working in the store until they could find someone “in their field”.
