I live in a house in a major city. Last year, a friend of mind introduced me to one of those websites that sells hotel rooms for cheap, as long as you don’t mind waiting until the last minute. So I tried it, and I got a very swank hotel room downtown for just $45. I figured I’d pamper myself and go stay at the hotel, even though it was only a 20-minute drive from my house.
It was worth every penny for many reasons – the “room” was actually four rooms, including a shower the size of my kitchen. It was one of those rain-style showers, where water came straight out of the ceiling. It was soo nice.
But the best part, by far, was the view. I was on the 40th floor, and I could see into several different condo buildings across the street. I stayed up most of the night watching people come and go from their condos. I saw at least a dozen women in various stages of undress, and two men getting BJs on their couches. It was amazing. I’m going again this weekend, and bringing a video camera with me.
