My dogs started barking just now, they bark when they hear something outside. I went outside to check it out and I see some sketchy dude in a dish tshirt holding a clipboard with a piece of looseleaf paper on it not entering my property but leaving my property , I followed him out and asked him what’s up and he said “uhhhh do you know who you have? cable or satellite?”… was I wrong to call the police??
