During the summers, I volunteer at a middle school with their sports teams. Every day, the female students are honked at, whistled at, and generally ogled by men driving down the street. Not just any men – only the Hispanic and black men do this. The Hispanics are more obnoxious about it.

These girls are 12-14 years old. It says a lot about the culture of the person who would look at these girls as anything s*****.
