I am getting a vasectomy this week, and my doctor told me to quit taking Ibuprofen for two weeks prior to the procedure. So I haven’t had any in 9 days now.

I didn’t realize until now how dependent I am on it. My joints all hurt. I can barely move. I was taking 6-8 pills per day for pain. The sad part is, I am only 34. My body is wrecked. I have arthritis. At this rate, I will seriously be in a wheelchair by the time I am 40.
