You are depriving that young man of what he needs- a father. Women don’t get it because they are blind to the man’s perspective. How self-righteous of women to think that even men should live from the viewpoint of a woman in their world, just because he emanated from her womb. I should know- I never had a father and I feel its effects. Just because many “men” out there make terrible fathers, it doesn’t provide argument for raising a child on your own. Just as I don’t think a woman raised solely by a man has everything she needs. Children need both parents. Yet I shouldn’t need to soften the blow by saying SAME SAME for women. Men have it just as hard in this world as women, so just because you all f****** bleed and PMS and are hormonal freaks doesn’t give you the right to raise a MAN like that. And he will be half a man.
