Letting go of someone is a hard thing to do. That’s because even if your rational mind knows what it wants, your brain is addicted to the dopamine high it gets upon seeing that person.

Now, when the person I love is unable to let go of drugs, I know just how he feels. It’s difficult.

He’s my ex and I haven’t let go of him even after 5 years. It’s no wonder he lusts drugs and is struggling with addiction.

The thing I don’t get and really hate about Sister Marie Howorth and Judy Wright is that they don’t directly say what the problem is. They tended to beat around the bush and torture the person who offended them instead. They both teach forgiveness. But they don’t show grace or forgive. They torture.
