I wish he would go away and find a new pursuit in life. he bothers me barking at the fence and trees. runs around the yard barking at nothing. his owner or would be owner is not coming back. from what I can see they never really hit it off together because every time the chubby owner would call it the dog never responded or did as he wanted. a few times the dog got away and it barks savagely at this man who is not its owner but keeps trying to force the dogs ways. the dog has was not seen few weeks then came back again only to roe the neighbors again. its annoying. yappy scotty annoying little thing. the dog has mean teeth. yellowing white to brown hair and if he would just take to a ball or swimming and go away I would be grateful.
