this one time I (I was 13 at the time) was at a hotel in LA standing on the balcony looking at the alley and parking garage. I saw this guy in the parking alley video taping this girl and she looked around and saw me on the balcony and waved and I made direct eye contact with her then she pulled up her shirt and showed me her b**** and jiggled them around before walking off with the camera guy.
