There is a man from Tullahoma who works at a local state office in Winchester who spends a lot of time claiming to be at work and drawing government pay when he is actually hanging out with and connecting with people he meets on s****** and NSA s** sites. His position allows him to be out of the office without supervision or oversight, He has always had a habit of padding the clock an hour or two to go hunting or fool around. When I looked a little harder at what was going on I discovered he has become so addicted to his deviant lifestyle and his particular v***** fetish that he is Grossly misusing his position along with County and State funds to find new people. He constantly uses state and county recourses to find new s***** partners and even trades the use of the agency equipment for s***** favors. He uses weekly & Monthly Franklin County events as a meet and greets and a venues to find new playmates. The state even finances the hotel room he uses when he invites these people to his hotel room while out of town for meetings and training. A clear violation of the code of conduct and ethics rules for his employing agency.
His addiction has recently gotten so bad he had started attempting to blackmail his wife into sleeping with other men so he could watch her with them, or him get sleep with other men’s wives in trade and when that didn’t work he began using force to make her submit. He uses his connection to local and state officials and the threat of keeping her children from her to basically force her to submit to r***. The poor woman is so terrified she won’t even talk to an abuse councilor.

He has recently added the “ 18- 21yr ” girls to his addiction and this is a man who regularly is around our children at county events and the agency he works for regularly works with groups of school children consisting mostly of young and teen girls. He has no morals and believes he is immune from the law so how much longer will it be before underage girls are in his bed??

I know there are others out there who know who I am talking about, Please help keep him away from our children and help support his wife so she will get help.
