If you give a man a fish he eat for only one day. If you TEACH him ?, he becomes self sufficient. Depending on just himself.

Black people are no different. They just need EDUCATION.

Look at all the athletes . mosr black. they are an example of tough men . they work hard . In every kind of weather. They aren’t lazy asses.

Give them direction. Expect better from them , education and a chance to better themselves. They would rise to the occasion. Like all people do.
