Is the Law of attraction perfect? Is any law perfect? Two people want to be president really bad. They put all of their heart, soul, money, effort, and thought into to it. Only one can win. In 2000 we had a virtual tie. Scotus broke the tie. The Bush team worked the law of attraction better.
