i’ve fallen really hard for someone very close to me, and yesterday we were talking and he told me he loved someone else. i smiled and told him it was fine, and not to feel bad, but since it was over the phone he couldn’t see me smiling and crying at the same time. i fear that i’m going to get bad again. i used to self harm and it got really bad and i don’t want to be that person but i fear that that’s where i’m headed.
