Pedophiles like Samuel Shirokobrod are being allowed to lurk and prey on young children at school playgrounds and public parks because law enforcement agencies like the Baltimore Police Department refuse to arrest him despite his admitting to s******* abusing a child from when he was 6 years old to the age of 9 when the child committed suicide.

This is a sick world and to the person on this site who supports Samuel Shirokobrod I hope and prey that your children never experience the trauma that Samuel has inflicted on his victims.

Your depraved humor is not only disgusting, but shows that you lack intelligence and empathy for children.

Samuel Shirokobrod is no “American Hero” and his crimes against children is nothing to joke about.

Samuel Shirokobrod should be in prison for the rest of his life, but he isn’t because the decision makers at the Baltimore Police Department are afraid to arrest him.
