I have been getting treated like s*** everywhere I go for the last like 6 months straight.
A lot of clothes got dirty and I ended up throwing them out and I just had like two t shirts and one pair of shorts basically.
I did everything I could to try and keep them decently clean. One t-shirt is long sleeve blue fancy collared shirt, and the other is just a plain gray colored t shirt with a v neck for what it’s worth.
Everywhere I go, constantly being treated like s***.
I don’t have a lot of money and for the last like decade whenever my hair gets long, I just shave it all off completely, so my hair is maybe like 1/2 inch in length, it’s like a buzz cut basically.
Basically, I finally get some new t-shirts, been balancing my money and waiting for the right time because I had other expenses to take care of, so I finally get two new shirts.
One of them is black.
Everyone treats me so much differently when I wear a black t-shirt. People are giving me head nods and s*** like I am supporting the BLM cause. People are like opening doors for me. People are looking to me to like do things and be like an action of change or some s***.

I am older, and I don’t like to ‘wear’ everything that I represent, because most of the time, people just dote on it and try to act cool standing next to me like they are ‘a part of it’ or something and then they go talk to their friends about how edgey and neat they are and all this s*** and it’s like, you just took a picture next to me.
