My daughter is about to start high school. At her current school, there are only a few blacks, and they all come from affluent families so they act white. Thanks to forced integration and political correctness, my daughter’s high school will have many more blacks, bussed in from the other side of town. (Passing two other high schools along the way. But those schools already had their quota of “socio-economically disadvantaged youth.”)

Anyway, we toured her high school today, and on the way back I took the opportunity to have “the talk” with her. The talk about how it’s not racist to avoid people who look and act like thugs. Nor is it racist to avoid groups of blacks in general. It’s common sense and, in her case, since she is an very attractive white/Hispanic mix, safer for her.

I was shocked and proud when she told me she already knew all of this stuff. She said her friends talk about it all of the time – how their biggest concern about high school is the groups of blacks she will have to deal with. I told her the best way to deal with them is to avoid them. Do your time in high school, get into a good college, and you will never have to have contact with another one of these thugs again. Because they won’t be going to college, and the jobs you get will be out of reach for them. After high school, the only blacks you encounter will be the ones who act white, just like in elementary school.
