I can’t sleep. When I sleep I dream and my dreams are hell on earth. I don’t even know how my mind comes up with this stuff. I don’t watch violent movies or tv shows. I don’t watch horror films, yet last night I tore my friend to shreds in the most horrendous way possible. I awake fully expecting to see him strewn across the room only to see him sleeping. I have a darkness that follows me, it invades my life at any given moment. I need help.
