My 4 year old threw up all over the bed and didn’t tell me about it until she told me to get her a towel. I took one smell and I lost it. I called her a “stupid f****** kid” over and over and said “I hate you” while she stood there crying. I am an awful parent. I want to kill myself and let her have a parent who won’t say awful things to her.
