I guess I should blame myself for moving into an immigration area. But the inconsideration and basic lack of common curtsey is something else.

It’s like a whole different species. Things like doors, ATM’s and escalators just can’t be understood! The apartment elevator was blocked for over one hour last week. When getting the other residents there to see what was wrong, it turned out they were having a goodby party in it. The elevator was overloaded and had to be rest the next morning.
