Drama king, knit picky, guilt tripping fiancé , Ugh!

I hate having a drama king for a fiancé. He sees anything that goes wrong as an excuse to attack me and act like the world is ending. Today we got a letter saying the rent was late. I pay the rent, it isn’t late. The rental company hasn’t chased upon earlier payment that I sent to their old account as they hasn’t updated their new account details. Fiancé is aware of this, I’ve offered to show him my bank statement that shows everything has been paid in time.

Yet he sees this letter and calls me, screaming and calling me incompetent. Says things like “I can’t believe you can’t just deal with one thing, why do I have to do everything. You’re probably not paying it properly etc etc”
Just to reiterate, I’m in the clear here. I have all the documentation to prove payment, even the rental company is working at sorting out the issue. The only person blowing up here is him. He does this sort of thing all the time, he thinks everyone except for him is an idiot and he creates dramas so he can walk around saying how stressed he is and how hard his life is. I’m sick of it.
