When you went to Tennessee for your aunt’s funeral, I spent the night with the guy that was pursuing me at the same time you and I were deciding whether to start a relationship. We ran into your best friend at the bar and I thought he’d probably tell you, but I guess he didn’t. I suppose we weren’t exactly committed at the time but I still feel badly about it.
