I couldn’t afford insurance before. How am I supposed to afford it now? When you have to choose between paying your bills or buying food, you don’t really have extra money to throw around. So now if I get sick and go to the hospital, I either get turned away or slapped with a huge fine… which I won’t be able to pay, because I’m poor. Thanks, Obama. Thanks for making life more difficult than it already is for poor families who can’t get government assistance. (yep, I’ve been turned down for medicaid, welfare, all of it, even though I’m struggling.)
