My coworker and I are servers and share the bar/lounge area, which means we also share sidework. She was new so I did most of the tables/work/helped her while she learned but its been 2 months and I am still doing all of it… With my other coworkers, we work as a team and it doesn’t feel lopsided. I bust my a** today while she did whatever she felt like. I took more tables, I restocked supplies throughout the shift, cleaned the ice bin, swept in the lounge where we both had tables. She swept under 3 tables across the bar, skipped 1 (which was my table) and asked me to sweep under my 1 table. I asked her to do it bc we share the work and she was already sweeping around it and she gave me attitude. Am I the a******?
