I had a welfare mentality getting austudy to go to university … like you have to study and be in class and work some on assignments and projects, and daily class work. you rarely get a proper holiday even during holidays, easter time is full of assignments no play, every holiday but for xmas is assigments assignments assignments.
and sometimes you have to do summer school to get the course finished quicker.
the money is a pittance
and you say to me I have a welfare mentality getting austudy to study a degree to get a better job,
then my doctor said “no, study is equal to work. all you are doing by studying now is deferring your working life not being lazy, study is not lazy”
but I said : no joyce said I have to be working… I have to work work work
I have to do what she says or suffer the consequences. SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED
the doctor said “well I would like to talk to this person and tell them straight that you are allowed to do what you want to do, if you want to study and train on skills, or sport or music, if you want a part time job or boyfriend etc… she does not have the right to tell you who or what to be! and you don’t have to be a prostitute! she has no right saying that to you”
I said “OH PLEASE DO tell her off”
