Racism (even if its natural) is one of the most basic factors which creates a divide in society!
A divided society is plagued with disruption, inequality and becomes non progressive.
Would you rather be in a room filled with people who can work together and put their differences aside to accomplish a mission or would you rather be in a room with a group of individuals who cant make decisions, become disruptive, and lack respect for each other all just because someone kept telling them its ok to be racist.
If its ok to be racist would we be having this topic present itself over and over again?
