I’ve been doing pretty bad lately, and in frustration I end up punching myself- it’s better than what I used to do but I keep hurting my f****** hand whenever I instinctively fling it at my head.

I feel like crying this summer. Been treated so badly by people. it hurts. Im angry. at them. at myself. I never want to see or talk to certain people ever again.
