Normally Im completely mentally healthy, but every few weeks or so my brain just spazzes out or something and I get all expresso depresso. I end up cutting like, a lot (never in visible areas though). Or maybe it’s not that much. Is 80-100 cuts a lot? I don’t even know. But am I just ignoring some deep emotions or like will this go away eventually? Idk man, maybe im just being melodramatic.

  • Look up dialectical behavioral therapy tools. It’s helpful to stop cutting. Wishing you well.
