I’m not asking about fake depression
Fake depression is the (mainstream depression) where ppl post about it on fb and comment sections etc. where the individual is actually depressed but really doesn’t have a significant reason to be suffering from said depression but is…(chemical in balance)

But the individual who has real depression who doesn’t talk about it on social media because that definitely doesn’t change anything for his or hers suffering from real depression if anything speaking about it would do nothing but cause potential problems in the individuals life for publicly speaking of it? Or nobody care lmao
