When I was a kid I had a sleepover with my brothers best friends sisters [who were older than me] and they brought out a stack of Cosmo magazines. That was a long night full of funny stories and s** talk. I’m pretty sure that’s where it started. Any way, young me got in big f****** trouble for saying stuff at school. I was punished. Nobody told me, “This is what mommies and daddies do, you don’t need to be concerned with this right now. If you have questions I’ll answer them.” I was made to feel bad and dirty. Fast forward about 20 years and here I am feeling guilty and embarrassed over the thought of having s** for the first time. I’ve never even been kissed. I feel repulsed and I’m pretty sure that’s why. Thanks a lot, mom.
