This is my personal outing(?) story. Okay, so I’m asexual. I told this to my two brothers and they understood that I would like that not to be disclosed against my consent to anyone. This worked, until we got home from our cottage. One of my brothers somehow told his girlfriend about this. One day we were preparing to go to an office like thing and she was coming along. We were just chilling, charging our stuff, talking, the usual. Until we started goofing a little. Within the roughhousing this girlfriend called me an “Asexual Creature” (Jokingly) without realizing my parents were still in the room. Now they are pretty chill about sexualities and mostly don’t care, but now I’m worried. What if they sit down and try to talk to me about this? Since I’m still ‘young’ in their eyes, I’m worried they will try to tell me it’s just a phase. I can already tell they are probably thinking it. What should I do!?!? I’m SUPER CONCERNED!?!?! Help?!?!?
