I came across books with all this self help and inspiration type books and self help. some over do the thing about “you define your own future and have no one to blame but yourself”

that is not always true. I have to remind myself that its not true when it comes to being abused as a child. I did not ask to be abused.

I don’t read those books that go on like that now.

they make me feel down.

no child looks to be abused. no child!
