I am jealous of my best friend’s sister, because no matter what I do they will always be closer. Sometimes I hate them both, and get an ugly feeling that it’s not normal for two sisters (or their entire family, for that matter) to be such parasites on each other. I wish that they could all be more distant, like my family. When it all comes down to it, I’m hurt that even though A is my best friend, I will never be her best friend in return.
