Oh my God. Right now I was on Instagram, but the thing is I use a secret account because I’m not much of a social media person. So there was this girl from my school, not a crush, just acquaintances. Friend of a friend. So I look at her posts, and they vaguely seem to about heartbreak and breaking up. Which is weird because her account name was that of her and her boyfriend.

So I’m bored and I message her and ask for clarification. She responds “Who’s this?” to the random guy that asked her if she was having relationship problems. I only said I was a guy from her school and that I was a private person. Then I tried to salvage the situation.

So I’m like. “Sorry about that, just realized how creepy I sounded. You don’t have to answer.” And she’s like “Yeah that’s creepy. Please feel free to never message me again. And yes me and (Insert Boyfriend’s Name Here) are doing just fine.” Then an emoji which I forgot because I don’t care about emojis.

So then Im like “Alright. Have a good day. Please feel free to block me”. Or some s*** like that. Then I unfollowed her and preemptively blocked her. I can still find her account though.

God I feel like such a jackass and a creep. But she only knows I’m a dude from her school. And I’m taking my secret to the grave. I really hope she doesn’t get anxiety or something, cause she’s a nice girl and I want to be her friend. Nothing romantic, obviously, but you know, a good friend. Freaking Instagram.
