I dream of having a guy want to fix me.
I want him to hold me close in my darkest hours and whisper into my hair that its going to be okay and that he loves me.
I want him to be protective.
I want to catch him gently checking my wrists while I sleep to make sure I wasn’t relapsing.
I want someone to call when I feel like I can’t breathe.
I want someone to remind me that i’m loved.
I want him to hold my hand and lead me out of the darkness.
I know I can do it myself, but I just want to be taken care of.
