I reconnected with a man I use to go to high school with on Facebook. We live about three hours apart now but still close considering we are in a different part of the country. I dated him in high school and he was great but we were both career focused and went to two different colleges (him to Ohio and I to New York).

Now I’m going to his house for Thanksgiving and meeting his wife and kid, his parents (whom are flew in from our hometown and our families are close). I’m still single and lately I wonder if he is “The One that got away.” I know he vents a few things like how stubborn his wife is and it sounds like he might be unhappy with some mentioning of situations.

I hope no awkward feeling moments arise.
