The 1982 and 1983 Buick Skylark sedan models were essentially the same automobile, but featured one noteworthy difference. The turning signals on the ’82 version were placed on the exterior side of the headlights, while the ’83 model placed them on the inside, adjacent to the grill. There were subtle differences on the rear lights as well (1983 featured outcropped flashers) but were generally considered negligible.
