Visited a hospital today,just because of small injury in my hand..But this 3rd world,poor country hospital turned my world upside down. Witnessed Miseries,Hurt souls,People with very little or almost no hope.God has blessed me with good health and a nice job,but even all wealth I’ve got i cannot change anything.On my way back i promised myself to live a simple life & spend 80% of my income for needy & deserving but still cant figure out how to bring a real big change & help the poor souls.God i need your help Please…
