My skin has been infected with a contagious something from my workplace a few months back and I can’t eat sugar and I can’t see my friends and I can’t go to class without worsening the what-looks-like-acne-except-literally-f******-anywhere-on-my-f******-body. f****** damnit what the hell do I do?

I’ve seen 6 doctors and they all tell me it’s acne, or it’s in my head.
It’s actually probably MRSA.
Even my f****** dog has it.
I need an antibiotic and I don’t have access to one.
Everyone I’m around itches and gets pimples if they’ve eaten sugar.
How the f*** am I supposed to bond with anyone when I’m f****** infected with this s***?
I want my life back.
I am suffering.
