i am 24 and i am freaking out that i’ll never get my life together. i am scared that i am incapable of putting in the hard work necessary for success. i am afraid that if i am not well rounded and successful, no one will love me. i know i am capable of being a great leader, but how do i get there? how do i stop stunting my own success?

I know what you mean since I’m in the same situation and age. What we have to do is:
1) know where we want to be
2) make a plan
3) believe in it, focus all power of our brains and spirits on it
4) hard work x100
5) enjoy our success and go to step 1 but with other challenge.
