Florida medical boards vote to ban gender-affirming care for transgender youth under 18
The move prohibits doctors in the state from performing s**-reassignment surgeries on transgender youth or prescribing them drugs
The state’s medical board is the first in the country to take such actions; Arkansas and Alabama have passed similar laws which are currently blocked by court rulings
