It doesn’t matter if it’s legal to carry or not. Using any pepper spray to stun someone before you f*** them up is felony misuse of pepper spray. Might as well carry the really good s*** and go for broke when someone decides to try me. Then I can take years of pent up frustration on them while they’re helpless. I was 13 when it happened. My dad said he had some pictures of my mom and asked if I wanted to see them. I said ok. He brought out an envelope full of Polaroids.
