my narc boyfriend is having a f****** meltdown right now cause I won’t play into his drama… this 42 year old man (i’m 27) is loading up aladdin on the firestick after 3 unwarranted tirades this week. he has fully regressed to age 6. he’s doing everything to try to change my emotions, what he doesn’t know is I try to meditate when he loses it, focusing on my breath and I just read, get smart. All he does is watch television, he doesn’t even allow himself an opportunity to overcome what frustrates him.
