I told my dermatologist (female) that I was occasionally getting rash-like symptoms between my a*** and scrotum. And she had me lay on back, naked, with feet in stirrup-like things! She examined me with a lighted magnifying glass and a female assistant observed. Embarrassing, but have to admit, I enjoyed it a little. Totally exposed like that.
