i don’t know how to explain this but sometimes i feel like i’m switching personalities all the time . I don’t know who i really am anymore , don’t know which of the personalities is my real self or the one i built for just to fit in like everybody else does , or maybe i’m just crazy . Often , i’d only switch when i needed them but now they are in chaos , they’d randomly take their place and control my actions with my mind still concious to see everything they are doing. I don’t know what to do
