AI wasted my research life for a whole year. DO NOT EVER USE AI. It gives contradictory advice, hallucinates things it has no knowledge of, and tend to strawman/gaslight you while defending its own bad advice. It also retroactively justifies its wrong responses, and constantly leads you down into a hole of no return. AI is a pirate machine that steals opinions, data, works that are available online and then regurgitate the answers for you in a summarised format. It is pushed by tech companies so they could make big money out of a toy.
